After 30 years as an engineer, operator, salesperson, marketer, c-suite exec, and entrepreneur, I decided to focus on what I love best – humans. Helping great companies find the right people is rewarding on so many fronts. Companies thrive and the right people learn, grow and build their careers.
“….The credit belongs to those actually in the arena, whose faces are marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but those who actually strive to do the deeds; who know great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spend themselves in a worthy cause; who at the best know, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if they fail, at least fail while daring greatly, so that their place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.” – Theodore Roosevelt
My favorite quote of all time. If you are a company, dare to fail. If you are talented and looking for a change, put yourself out there, test your limits and learn from your failures.
Hit me up, I’ll share my failures (more of those than successes), it’s where we learn.
