Job Description:

One of the leading Energy Management/ Design-Build firms in the world is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader for their Energy solutions division. This position will be tasked with developing and maintaining large key relationships with facility managers, associations, and other verticals to drive energy retrofit solutions. This position holds a strong compensation package + amazing perks. **Average project cycle is only 3-6 months!!

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and influence facility managers, associations, and other verticals to drive Energy retrofit solutions
  • Create and execute a successful market strategy
  • Provide support around financing and contracting (become the main point of contact)

Requirements:

  • Must have 5+ of experience presenting Optimization/Energy Upgrade Solutions
  • Must have knowledge around providing Energy Upgrade solutions
  • Must have experience in managing the entire sales process from prospecting, proposals to completion
  • Strong organizational/management skills preferred
  • Degree in Engineering or similar field
  • Knowledge in identifying leads and closing sales
  • Ability to travel 20%
