Job Description:

One of the most respected HVAC/ BAS instrumentation manufacturers in the world is seeking a National HVAC Sales Manager. This firm is consistently staying ahead of innovation by providing unmatched value to OEMs and end users. Your position will be tasked with leading and building a team of direct reports with a focus around continuing to take this division to new heights. This includes leading OEMs, distribution, and system integrators. A strong compensation package is provided with the ability to be fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor a powerhouse sales team who are there for their customers
    and love to win
  • Execute and modify the Sales plan to continue to motivate team members and
    exceed targets
  • Oversee all tiers which includes OEM development, distribution development, and
    system integrator development
  • Create strategies and goals around the S.M.A.R.T guideline standards

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the HVAC or Building Automation markets
  • Ability to travel up to 40% when needed
  • 5+ years of sales management background
  • Knowledge of mentoring and building teams
  • Experience working with OEMs and channel partners
